Strategic foresight offers a systematic way to explore and build readiness for possible futures. Preparedness for possible futures and level of influence on desired future scenarios are hard aspects to quantify, which prompts the question – who actually using strategic foresight, and is it working? I dove into this area as part of the preparation for a recent strategic foresight presentation and found a range of interesting studies to share.
